Introducing integrations: making it easier for you to use Yoti

Today, we’re launching our integrations, helping businesses streamline identity and age verification processes and embed them within their existing software. So far, we have over 70 integrations. That’s more than any other identity company. 

 

Yoti integrates into over 70 of the biggest SAAS products 

From video conferencing platforms, HR platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) tools and financing and accounting software, you can benefit from our verification solutions without the expensive integration costs. We’ll build, monitor and manage the integrated systems you choose – there’s no need to allocate the time and resources of your team. 

Streamlining verification processes within existing tech stacks allows teams to quickly and efficiently work together. Our integrations reduce errors, enable better decision making and improve the customer experience, which is especially important for high security or high value interactions. 

With over 70 integrations to choose from, it’s hard to know where to start. Here’s a few of our favourite integrations and how they can help your business:

 

Zoom 

The popular video conferencing platform Zoom can be integrated with our eSignatures solution. Users can send a PDF document for signing to all participants in the meeting. Once the document is signed, it’s automatically uploaded to Google Drive, ensuring secure storage and easy access.

Zoom can also be integrated with our Digital ID. This is a quick and simple way to prevent deepfake videos calls by verifying the identity of the other person on the call. 

 

Salesforce 

Automate document signing and identity verification for new leads within Salesforce. Click the Yoti Sign button in your Salesforce new lead queue and our integration takes care of the rest.

You can also start identity verification sessions for new leads directly within Salesforce, eliminating the need to switch between platforms.

 

Hubspot 

As soon as a new contact is created in Hubspot, a digital envelope is ready for signing. This easy document management removes manual tasks and creates a more organised and efficient process. 

Hubspot admins can also enjoy a customised approach to identity verification. With a dropdown column, admins can mark contacts with a simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ for whether they need to complete an identity check. 

 

BambooHR 

Get contracts signed and complete right to work checks, all within BambooHR. This streamlines the employee onboarding process.

The integration sends employees a link to complete an identity verification check. They can choose to use their identity document or our Digital ID app. You won’t need to manually check physical documents, reducing the risk of human error and saving time and resources.  A PDF with the identity verification details is then added to the employee’s document section in BambooHR. This ensures organised and secure record-keeping.

 

Shopify

Add a custom ‘verify age’ button in Shopify’s checkout process. This ensures shoppers are old enough to buy age-restricted items. And with our identity verification and Digital ID app, customers can complete any required identity checks without leaving your website. This reduces friction and the risk of fraudulent transactions. 

 

Stripe

Our integration with Stripe simplifies the signing process, making it easy for customers to complete any documents. And our Digital ID streamlines and strengthens identity checks. This helps you to stay compliant and mitigate the risk of errors or data mishandling.
