Passive liveness technology
Images are analysed by our passive liveness technology, Yoti MyFace®. This ensures the signer is a real person, physically present, and not a presentation attack impersonating the signer.

For high-risk cases where a witness is required for the signature to be legally valid, signers can nominate a witness as part of the automated process. The witness will receive a one-time passcode and one page of the document to electronically sign.
